Enrollment Policies and Procedures


  • Each family pays an annual registration fee in August - rates based on number of students per family.
  • Discounts apply to early registration.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • August tuition is due at the time of registration.
  • CDWInc. reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. Unused tuition will be refunded or applied to another class.

Full Term Payments versus Class Cards

  • CDWInc. families receive a discount on classes when signing up to study August through June.
  • Full term scheduled payments are divided into 10 equal payment for your convenience and due by the 7th of every month September through May; August and June are 1/2 rate payments.
  • Full term payment implies participation in the year-end recital.
  • Payments made after the 7th of the month will incur a $5 late fee per occurrence. 
  • Adults and families not intending on participating in the year-end recital may purchase class cards at full price and will be considered a "drop-in" student.

Costume and Recital Fees

  • Families will pay a costume deposit in November (per class costume), with the balance due during the early portion of the second semester.
  • Families who do not pay for the costumes prior to dress rehearsal will forfeit participation in recital.


  • Parents/Guardians must ensure that CDWInc. is open prior to dropping off students for classes. Parents may wait in the lobby during their child's class(es). For your child's safety, student must wait inside until the parent/guardian is visible in the parking lot.
  • Classes missed due to illness or injury may be made up during the current semester. NO CARRY-OVERS. Classes will begin promptly and latecomers may enter the class only at the discretion of the instructor. Dancers arriving more than 15 minutes late will be asked to watch class as to not injure themselves from missing too large a portion of the warm-up.
  • In the event of hazardous weather, please refer to your local news station for road closures and appropriate driving conditions. A message will be left on the Studio Phone and CDWInc.'s Facebook page as to our availability for classes.

Communication & Code of Ethics

  • CDWInc. communication will be made via email through dance@connallydance.com, newsletters, and posts through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Please provide your email address at registration and sign up for newsletters on our website.
  • Clients of CDWInc. (dancers and parents) are expected to set a positive example for each other by showing a respectful attitude toward CDWInc., its faculty, and its student body. Disruptive behavior in the studio, its classes, rehearsals and performances will not be tolerated and may be grounds for dismissal.
  • Students will thank their teacher at the end of each class and/or rehearsal.
  • CDWInc. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items on property. Please leave all non-essential valuables at home.
  • CDWInc. admits students of any race, color, creed or national origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded and made available to the students of the studio. After consideration of prior training, CDWInc. reserves the right to determine proper class level for all entering and returning students.


  • There are NO REFUNDS for voluntary withdrawal from the studio or missed classes.
  • Checks returned for Insufficient Funds will incur a $30 service fee on your account. After a second violation of NSF checks, all subsequent payments must be made by cash, money order or cashier's check.
  • Accounts in arrears longer than 6 months will be turned over to a collection agency. Unpaid dues owed  may be increased by the addition of attorney's fees, investigation fees, service fees, collection fees, legal process serving fees or other charges as stipulated per the Federal Debt Collection Act.
  • Families with delinquent accounts will not be allowed to participate in class and risk forfeiture of recital performance privileges.
